If repairs are needed, please send the appliance to one of our customer service departments. Operation Pre-heating the curlers - Place the curlers over the heating tubes in the heating unit. The positions for the variously sized curlers are marked by corresponding rings of different sizes. Make sure that the curler with the heat indicator dot is placed on the corresponding heating tube (3). –  Do not operate the heating unit unless all the curlers are in place. - Close the cover on the heating unit and insert the plug into a suitable wall outlet. - Once the curlers are pre-heated, switch the unit off and take the curlers out, one by one. 10 Using the curlers - To facilitate individual hair styling, the appliance offers different curler sizes, 20 mm, 23 mm and 26 mm diameter. –  Important: do not allow the curlers to come into contact with hair spray or other chemical substances. - The hair should be freshly washed, almost dry and well combed through. - While holding the strand under tension, open the small clamp with the grip and secure the tip of the strand. The longer the curler remains in place, the tighter the curls will become.
